About the Thresher
The Rice Thresher is the official campus newspaper of Rice University. The Thresher’s long tradition began 100 years ago, in January 1916, with its first publication, and has continued to provide the student body with up-to-date campus news and information. The Thresher is published each Wednesday during the school year with the exception of examination periods and holidays by undergraduate students of Rice University.
Advertising in the Rice Thresher helps on-campus, local, and national advertisers reach the Rice market through print or online marketing. We will work any type of business or budget to plan a campaign that meets your advertising needs.
