As Student Association IVP, I promise to promote transparency, active participation from ALL SA members, and mentorship, creating a stronger, more ubiquitous, and more impactful SA.

What I've Accomplished

Government Restructure and Idea Flow in the SA

Worked with the current IVP to develop the Chief of Staff position to oversee temporary initiatives and the idea flow of the SA
Created an idea/initiative flowchart for the SA, focusing largely on the inclusion of ideas from beyond SA membership
Formed the Underrepresented Student Delegate positions, giving voice to student groups like international students, ARCHIs, MUSIs, Athletics
Instituted monthly progress reports + platform requirements

Served and Mentored New Students on the Best Practices and Environmental Committees

Worked to Improve the Undergraduate Experience By:

Chartering the Sexual Health Care Accessibility Task Force
Co-creating the Undergraduate Exploration and Autonomy Working Group
Starting the Sustainable Athletics Council
Improving plant-based/dietary restriction food options

What I'll Do

Transparency

I will make sure all opportunities within the SA and all actions of the Standing Committees and Temporary Committees are made known to the student body
I will enable all voices to be heard and represented

Active Participation

I will work to reduce barriers to SA leadership by developing a "Pitch a Project" program that encourages SA engagement

Mentorship

I will ensure that all NSRs, Committee Members, and Committee Chairs have their own personal project and connect them to the resources to make that project a reality.
