Thresher Classifieds

The Rice Thresher does not publish during the summer months. Our final issue for Spring 2009 was published on May 15. The next issue will be distributed on Friday, August 21. If you are interested in classified advertising for that issue, feel free to complete the form. The classifieds manager will contact you about your ad in early August.

The deadline for classified ads is Tuesday at 5:00pm prior to Friday publication. Ads received after the deadline will be published in the next issue. The Thresher publishes every Friday during the academic year, except during holiday weeks and exam periods. Classifieds appear only in the print edition of the Thresher and are not run online.

Classified ads are $15 for each block of 35 words. All classified ads must be prepaid. You can pay by cash, check, money order or credit card. The Thresher accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Checks and money orders should be made payable to The Rice Thresher.

If you use the web submission form, the classified ads manager will contact you for billing information. If you do not hear from the manager within two business days, please call the Thresher classifieds desk at (713) 348-3974.

You can submit your classified ad using the form below or you can print out this PDF form and fax it to 713-348-5238 or mail it to The Rice Thresher, attn. Classifieds, MS-524, PO Box 1892, Houston, TX 77251.

The Thresher will not accept classified ads by fax unless paid for by credit card. Classified ads will not be accepted over the phone. Tearsheets will not be provided for classified ads.
